I will say this is probably the best animal clinic I’ve ever been to. Sadly our dog passed and there was nothing that we could do. The staff and the vet were absolutely amazing and were so courteous of our feelings. Thank you guys again so much.

Thank goodness for the Animal Emergency Center in Caseyville, Illinois!!! Li’l Pete is not aware that he has a little puppy tummy! He got ahold of a pork steak bone and chewed it into LARGE pieces and ATE THEM ALL!!! You could actually feel them in his poor tiny belly!!! The staff at Animal Emergency Center checked him out and watched over him until he was all better! He’s fine and strong li’l pup, now! But still gets into some shenanigans once in awhile! I’m just glad that I can count on Animal Emergency Center, if I ever need them again!

Sugar. She was so sick and I am so thankful you were able to diagnose and treat her quickly and effectively. She is back to her playful self! Giving pills to a cat is NOT easy– she still hides when I pull out our “pill blanket!”
While it was not inexpensive, our family agrees, it was worth it to be able to enjoy the pleasure she brings. Her sister, Spice, is happy to have her home, too! Thank you again for being there for us!

Took my pup here around 8pm and was kept in the loop overnight. The services were pricey, but that is expected for emergency services. The medications and treatment have made my pup normal again. The care team seemed friendly and the vet was friendly on the phone.

Had to take my brothers pup up there she was attack by a stray while running off leash. ” I know i know ” a few months ago nurses were very polite and understanding of the situation. They were very tentative and when it came time to euthanize the puppy they were very professional and remorseful..

I drove right up there, and again, they were so wonderful and professional – the vet tech, was so helpful when I drove up and she calmed my fears. Then I got the call the cats were safe and okay. Dr. Patti Meldi is the absolute best. She explained things to us in a way we’d understand, and treated my little old lady Marley with such great care! The vet assistant was great as well. They told us our pricing options before they did anything to make sure we’d be able to afford it, and our bill even came back a few dollars cheaper than the original estimate. They also trimmed my dogs nails for free I’m assuming because it isnt on our receipt. I’m truly happy with our visit today, it took a lot of stress off of my husband and I

We’ve been bringing cats, strays and our own pets, too, here for ten years. They’ve been so good to us over the years. This feisty guy wouldn’t still be with us if they hadn’t stabilized him after he went into diabetic ketoacidosis. Very grateful for their extended hours and inspired service!

Firstly, the staff at this hospital is AMAZING! I don’t know how many times I actually called to check on my dog, but they were always courteous! My dog had parvo and declined fast. We took him here and within 4 days he’s almost as great as he was before he got sick. Their rates are reasonable, especially for being an emergency hospital. DEFINITELY DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
